A Daily Freedom in Christ.
Good Morning Friends,
This Sunday, and like every Sunday is a memory and echo of Easter. We were asleep and now we have risen. So get up! Today we are to be a light and love in Christ. We are to take this power into each and every morning as a reminder of A Daily Freedom in Christ.
Scripture:It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Although you have not seen [Jesus Christ], you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

Message: Later this week we will watch some fireworks. It is a little disappointing but we do not see that kind of power in the churches much anymore. Ok Easter and
Christmas show some. But so much is dispersed and perhaps diminished by our failures to carry that sparkle of faith into the world. The celebration though, really should begin each and every day and be more spectacular than any fireworks. It is to be more moving than any patriotic band.Friends, today we are to be glad and rejoicing as an Easter people. If you awoke this morning with a breath in the freedom of Christ you are free indeed. That friends is the blessing God has given us…Great love dispersed as light exploding on the universe and echoed in us and our life today. Friends, the great gift of your life today that is to be shared. Rejoice in it and be glad for you are free to love.

Pray we learn to live each day with an excitement and joy of that first resurrection morning. Pray we live in the radical center of that exploded power of a resurrected universe each and every day. Pray we share a hope that will transform us and never disappoint. Pray we understand that freedom in Christ is the only true freedom there is.
